Our rates do not include meals, which can be ordered at Blue Stem or from the bar. In addition, you can make special requests at the time of your booking for additional food items in your suite.

You have access to all of the amenities including the Rec Center, the Clubhouse, the Stables, the conservations areas, and the Sundance Hotel, Restaurant, and Bar. You can swim, hike, use the turf field, basketball court, all pools, pavilion, volleyball, game room, billiards, ping pong, fitness equipment, free weights, and common areas for free.

If you would like to ride a horse, rent an E-bike, rent a UTV or side by side, book the pickleball court, rent the movie theater, have a massage, manicure or pedicure, then you can book and pay for those services at the time you book.  Our dining and drinks can be purchased during operating hours for the restaurant and bar.

We do not have cribs available.

We do not have rollaway beds available, but several of our suites have sleeper sofas in them.

We do not allow pets.

Yes, there is ample parking for no charge.
